You will cover four broad areas',' including: <strong>Studio engineering and production</strong> Record in a professional recording studio. Learn to record and mix multi-track recordings with external clients',' apply advanced processing',' audio editing and effects to create high quality mixes and mastering techniques across a range of musical styles. <strong>Digital composition</strong> Use Logic Pro X software to compose and produce music in a range of styles. Learn to develop original sounds using synthesis and sampling techniques. Study film and game music composition to create soundtracks and Foley for moving image. <strong>Music industry management and entrepreneurship</strong> Learn about the structure of the music industry and the many career options that are available in music. Study the methods of how to make money from recorded and live music and devise an enterprising business plan. <strong>Live Sound',' Backline Management and Music Events Management</strong> Learn the technical set up of a live sound PA system and implement the planning requirements to put on a live event at our prestigious partner venue. Organise',' market and manage a variety of shows throughout the year. Entry Requirements: You need five GCSEs Grade A*-C',' including English and Maths. Alternatively',' a Level 2 Diploma in a related subject at merit or distinction',' with GCSEs at Grade A*-C in English and Maths.
