Have you completed Ballroom Beginners Term I. If so If so then this course is designed for you to improve and develop your understanding of ballroom and Latin American dancing - specifically, the Slow Rhythm (or social Foxtrot), Waltz, Quickstep, Cha Cha Cha and Jive. Alongside the dances, the course will further develop your understanding of the music, rhythms, techniques and protocol required to feel confident on the dance floor while improving your overall fitness and wellbeing. This is a fast-paced, fun environment where you will be developing more than one dance at a time and you will be expected to change partners to develop your skill.
