CIOB Site Managers Certificate

The course consists of a wide range of modules relating to management. After the first 4 modules the CIOB Site managers Certificate can be claimed for. After the next 8 modules the full CIOB Site Managers Diploma can be claimed. The range of modules that are covered across the Certificate/Diploma include Module 1 - Project Planning for Construction. Module 2 - Project Control and Monitoring for Construction. Module 3 - Managing the Quality of Construction Site Work. Module 4 - Managing Health Safety Welfare and Risk Control within Construction. Module 5 - Managing Dimensional Control on Construction Sites. Module 6 - Developing and Managing Self and Construction Personnel. Module 7 - Improving Managerial Skills within a Construction Environment. Module 8 - Contractual and Legal Responsibilities within a Construction Environment. Module 9 - Estimating and Measuring Work within a Construction Environment. Module 10 - Managing Sub-Contractors within a Construction Environment. Module 11 - Managing Building Services within a Construction Environment. Module 12 - Managing Technology of Modern Construction. Each module takes 7 weeks to complete.
