Fashion Design and Garment Making - Introduction

This exciting course will offer you the opportunity to learn the range of skills and techniques required for pattern creation, cutting and sewing. You may explore and use your own creative designs and patterns, or use commercial sewing patterns to make fashionable garments. There will be a small charge for materials and you will be required to bring your own equipment such as scissors, chalk, ruler and tape measure. You will be required to complete an Individual Initial Assessment form at the start of your course. Your tutor will provide induction and guidance at the beginning of your course.
