The Asian Cookery - Intermediate course will build on what you learnt on the Asian Cookery - Improvers course. You will gain more complex skills and techniques, and enhance your recipe collection. Each week, there will be a small charge for the ingredients you use. You will be required to complete an Individual Initial Assessment form at the start of your course.
