The course is designed around the various resort representative roles which are available within the travel and tourism industry, both in the UK and overseas. You will study: promotion and sales in travel and tourism, overseas resort representation, holiday park hosting, tour guiding, destination England, ski chalet hosting. Alongside these programmes you will have a weekly tutorial with your course tutor who will work with you to ensure you are as successful as possible and track your progress. This programme is ideal if you want to work as a resort representative, ski chalet host, tour guide or holiday park host. Opportunities are available each year for those wishing to be childcare representatives, entertainers and sports coaches, as well as traditional holiday representatives/hosts. The course will run over 27 weeks and you will complete it in time to be available for summer season work, hopefully taking advantage of the links with employers that we are able to offer.
