Taught at our state-of-the-art education campus in Weston-super-Mare, just south of Bristol, this Door Supervision is the industry required qualification for Door Supervision. You will study alongside like-minded fellow students from throughout the Bristol and North Somerset area and benefit from our outstanding quality and teaching by well qualified education professionals, all of whom have significant industry experience. Under the Private Security Industry Act 2001, all door supervisors must hold a licence to practice, issued by the Security Industry Authority (SIA). The Level 2 Award in Door Supervision is a nationally recognised qualification and is the industry standard. Modules include working in the private security industry, working as a door supervisor and physical intervention skills. Successful completion of this course enables a door supervisor to meet one of the requirements to apply for their license.
