This course is part of the full qualification required to become a personal trainer. To fully qualify for the diploma you will have to pass and complete the Level 2 fitness instructor theory Level 2 Gym Instructor and the Level 3 Programme and Delivery Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology and the Level 3 Nutrition elements. Once you have completed all 5 elements you can enter employment as a personal trainer in gyms leisure centres health and fitness clubs or as an independent freelance personal trainer.
