Intermediate Diploma in Beauty Therapy General (Adults)

You will be trained in our fully equipped beauty salons by our highly skilled team of beauty lecturers where you will be assessed through observation of practical work, theory and online exams. It covers all the basic beauty therapy treatments and will provide you with a good base from which you could progress to further courses and employment. For assessments you need to work on paying clients. Enrichment Activities A range of Enrichment activities are incorporated within the programme. Examples of Enrichment activities conducted are lectures by guest speakers including Eve Taylor, Dermalogica, sharing their knowledge and experience with you. Visits to various industry leaders. You will have an opportunity to participate in internal and external events where you will be able to show case your skills. I-Learning Sessions This is additional time embedded in your programme for your study to promote independent learning. This time is used to work through assignments, complete homework activities and conduct wider reading and research. Personal Learning Plan Sessions A course tutor will be allocated to you on the programme. Your course tutor will be working with you to set realistic targets that will enable you to achieve your goals. Your targets will be monitored weekly by your tutor and yourself and actions plans and support put in place to assist you in achieving your targets.
