L3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (Top up units only)

This is a part-time course run over 12 weeks with one session per week for two and a half hours per session; plus tutorials and work based assessments. It is suitable for those who hold the QCF L3 certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools and would like to top up to the full Diploma. A placement in a school setting for one day per week is required where you are able to work in the specialist areas of your choice. A DBS check is essential. The course will include a substantial amount of portfolio work to be completed outside of College hours. A minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy is required for this course. All candidates must attend an information, advice and guidance session. An advanced learning loan is available for this course.
