You will be taught through demonstration by the lecturer and then receive one to one assistance throughout the day. The recipes will include: Hot water crusty pastry (to make beautiful pork mace and apple pies) Pate Sucree (for a traditional bakewell tart) Pate a Choux You will also receive lots of creative ideas and a worksheet to take home with sensational recipes.There will be demonstrations, opportunities to ask questions and one to one support.Students may wish to attend other cookery courses offered by the college- please browse the website.
