UPDATED 20160907 08:43:55

This Apprenticeship is designed for individuals employed in the hospitality industry in a front of house role, such as receptionists who need to develop or consolidate their skills. There are three mandatory units which cover aspects of maintaining a safe, hygienic and secure working environment, working effectively as part of a hospitality team and giving customers a positive impression. You then have a choice of a wide range of optional units covering different front of house activities, allowing you to tailor the Apprenticeship to meet the needs of your work place. In addition you will study employment rights and responsibilities, personal learning & thinking skills plus be required to take Functional Skills in both English and maths if you do not have GCSE grade C or equivalent. You must achieve all elements to be awarded your apprenticeship. We welcome all enquiries and will be happy to give you further advice and guidance.
