the course is for the complete beginner who would like to learn about the aspects of holistic therapy for their own personal use. This course combines aromatherapy, reflexology and Indian head massage. You will learn a brief history of each, the definitions and benefits of the treatments and how they work, along with basic health and safety. Discussion of all things Holistic, including colour therapy, Feng shui, Healing, Reiki and crystals. AROMATHERAPY History, what are essential oils, properties of oils and how they work, blending oils, basic move, hand and arm massages. REFLEXOLOGY History, how it works, benefits, techniques, reflex points, foot massage and hand reflexology/paragraph> INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE >History, how it works and basic massage.
