The Level 4 Certificate is an advanced qualification that has been specifically designed for existing or aspiring salon managers. Throughout the qualification you will plan the management of products and services for your salon by analysing data for planning purposes, setting operational objectives, monitoring working practices, evaluating stock control and equipment levels and providing recommendations to increase salon revenue. You will research, monitor and recommend improvements to ensure the health, safety and security of your salon. From the optional unit section of this qualification you have the opportunity to develop your advanced technical skills in hair colour correction. The colour correction unit will develop the advanced skills and theoretical understanding required to provide colour correction services. You will gain knowledge and skills required to plan,research,develop and produce a hair style collection.
