Chi Kung - moving from the centre: beginners

Chi Kung is a simple form of movement exercise. Chi is energy, lifeforce, breath and kung is the practice in order to gain the experience of the work. It is easy to learn and very relaxing. Working with a series of slow, gentle movements, breath awareness and slow walking the body is energised and strengthened. Chi awareness is heightened through regular practice.
