This course is a great way to lift the winter blues by doing some comfort cooking. You will be able to prepare for Christmas and those seasonal gatherings too. Beginners can learn some basic methods that can be applied to a variety of products and remove some of the stress of Christmas celebration cooking by preparing in advance. The more advanced learners can adapt the recipes and share their tips for seasonal favourites. The course includes making your own mincemeat for those Christmas stalwarts, mince pies, which will be made with a twist! You will need to bring all your own ingredients and containers in which to take home your products. A list of ingredients for the first session will be sent out prior to the start of the course.
