ENGLISH GCSE 19+

GCSE English is one of the key subjects and a good result will impress any potential employer. It is also necessary for some occupations such as teachers and paramedics. Studying GCSE English will give you skills which you can use throughout your studies and your life. You will follow AQA English specification A. Most students will study at Foundation level which can enable them to get a grade C (the standard required). Others who have the ability to do so can study at higher level which would allow grades from A to D. Class time is 3 hours a week with additional work required in your own time.
