This course builds on your prior experience and knowledge and will improve your understanding of using the main Microsoft Office applications that are used both at home and in the workplace. This course will help to increase efficiency in using computers, studying in an environment that hosts excellent facilities and tuition. This qualification is available to all - whether you work full-time, part-time or are currently seeking work. On completion of the course you will gain the dual branded ECDL Extra/iTQ Level 2 Certificate qualification. You will learn to produce a variety of business documents by integrating files of different types and will use a variety of formatting techniques to display documents effectively. You will learn skills in using mail merge facilities. You will learn to use spreadsheets and graphs software to use complex formulae and functions and to analyse and interpret data producing a variety of charts and graphs from existing data. You will learn to use presentation graphics software and to use complex layouts and designs. You will study in a comfortable environment with tutor led sessions in a regular weekly class. You will be required to attend one 3 hour session per week in college with the added opportunity of additional sessions to practice your skills if required.
