IT User Skills Level 2 - Intensive

This course is suitable for those wishing to gain a Level 2 qualification in using Microsoft Office products. Learners will learn skills for Word, Excel and Power point. There are exams for each subject and also one for Improving Productivity. Learners will be given a real-life scenario and decide which is the best programme to use to complete the task. On successful completion of all four exams, learners will gain an accredited qualification. Learners who have previously completed this qualification will not be eligible to attend again.
