Are you working or planning to work in food industry? If yes, CIEH Food Safety in Catering training might be the course for you to ensure compliance with the regulations. You will learn the basic food hygiene requirements, i.e. food temperatures, storage, pest control; buying, transporting, storing and preparing food. You will also learn how to handle food safely. Diseases, bacteriology, food poisoning and contamination will be covered and this will be supported by teaching on cleaning and disinfection. You will also learn current legislation that covers food hygiene. You will be issued a recognised level 2 award after passing the course.
