Family yoga4autism

In the Yoga4autism sessions, you and your child (aged 8-13) will have access to the tools that help unlock your full potential. You will concentrate on 5 limbs of yoga through posture practise, fun games and relaxation. Your highly qualified, friendly tutor will introduce you to an adapted yoga for children on the spectrum and its positive and beneficial effect on anyone with neuro-developmental differences.
