Balloon design - beginners techniques

Learn how to construct a range of balloon decorations suitable for use at celebrations and events such as weddings and parties- and these will include a table topiary design, a pearl arch, a freestanding balloon column and cloud nine design. The course will cover the use of both air and helium filled balloons (latex & foil), sizing, inflation and knotting techniques, and the safe use of helium gas. Learners will be encouraged to develop their commercial awareness and skills, and this will include design costing exercises and discussion.
