Would you like to see if reflexology is something for you? This one day workshop is a fabulous opportunity to gain insight into reflexology techniques to the feet and hands. It will enable you to achieve skills and understanding of reflexology approaches and safety requirements. You will also gain understanding of terminology used. It is a practical session where you will both give and receive hand and foot massage.
