The Understanding & Supporting Children with Autism 5 week course will help you to equip yourself in knowledge and skills to ensure appropriate support is offered to children with autism. Some of the assessment methods which will be used include: setting of ILP Learning Goals. Initial assessment activities regarding individual levels of course related experience/knowledge Setting of home study tasks to enhance and consolidate learning. Observation and monitoring of individual participation. Formative assessment of class based learning and completion of home study tasks.
