Reflexology for the feet

On this 5 week course you will learn the basic skills to safely and effectively perform a reflexology technique to the feet, relieving tension, stimulating circulation and alleviating simple ailments. You will gain skills to enable you to give treatments to family and friends. You will gain an understanding of the terminology, reflexes and zone positions and where to find specific reflexes. You will also learn about the history of reflexology.
