Aromatherapy and massage - an introduction

On this 10 week course you will learn how to massage safely and effectively relieve tension and minor aches and pains. You will also learn how to use essential oils safely in massage and other ways and in the home. This is a stimulating learning opportunity providing insight into two subjects areas which will enable you to positively contribute to your well-being.
