An exciting cake decorating course that looks at the various techniques used to create lace effects. Explore and sample the 'lace mat' research and discuss ideas, understand colour, style and choice. we will guide you through the steps of lace making to help you achieve some gorgeous and delicate effects that could be useful in cake decorating.
