Our ROSE funded job coaches will guide you through the application and interview process, to help match your individual skills and interests with vacancies for paid employment. Once you start work, your job coach will visit regularly to provide individual support. We encourage independence and help you to achieve your own goals through an Individual Learning Plan. Your job coach will initially work the same hours as you and will complete three monthly economic well-being reviews once you're working independently. You will also come to college one day a week, for 20 weeks, to study an English and maths NCFE qualification. The focus here is on work preparation. If you have any questions, please contact Sylvie Smith on 01708 462876 or via shsmith@havering-college.ac.uk
