You will study a total of 12 units that have been handpicked by the team to provide you with an understanding of the construction industry. You will also develop practical techniques in our realistic work environment. Throughout the course you can expect to cover the following topics: - Construction Technology and Design in Construction - Building Technology in Construction - Sustainable Construction - Mathematics in Construction and the Built Environment - Science and Materials in Construction - Health, Safety and Welfare If you have not yet achieved a grade C (or above) in GCSE English and maths, you will be required to attend GCSE resit sessions (if you achieved grade D) or functional skills sessions (if you achieved grade E or below).
