You will study a total of 18 units that have been handpicked by the team to provide you with a deeper understanding of the construction industry. You will also develop advanced practical techniques in our realistic work environment. Throughout the course you can expect to cover the following topics: - Construction Technology and Design in Construction - Building Technology in Construction - Sustainable Construction - Mathematics in Construction and the Built Environment - Science and Materials in Construction - Health, Safety and Welfare If you have not yet achieved a grade C (or above) in GCSE English and maths, you will be required to attend GCSE resit sessions (if you achieved grade D) or functional skills sessions (if you achieved grade E or below).
