All participants will study four core units that have been designed to further develop their professional practice. The units of study are as follows: Core Units for All Participants - Contextual Studies in Education (Year 1) - Advanced Research Design (Year 1) - Professionalism and Professional Development (Year 2) - Dissertation (Year 2) There are two additional units of study that will depend on your role within education. Units for Teaching Participants - The Management and Progression of Learning (Year 1) - Advanced Teaching and Learning (Year 2) Units for Non-teaching Participants - Work Based Learning in Context (Year 1) - Philosophy, Politics, Policy and Economics of Education (Year 2)
