Our two year in-service programme is run in partnership with the University of East London (UEL). Over the course, you will explore the theoretical, sociological and practical aspects of becoming a teacher. The course will be a combination of taught sessions and a teaching placement. You will be expected to undertake a minimum of 100 hours of classroom practice. Throughout the course you will cover the following modules: Year 1 - Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector - Learner Support in the Lifelong Learning Sector - Assessment and Feedback in Learning - Learning from Policy Context and Practice Year 2 - Active Inquiry Research - Portfolio
