Improve Your Self Esteem How will this course help me? This course will improve your confidence and self-esteem. Who is the course for? This course will improve your quality of life and mental wellbeing by improving your confidence and self-esteem. What can I expect to learn? Techniques to improve your self esteem Overcome everyday problems and stress Identify and celebrate your skills and strengths Lead a healthier life Overcome barriers and build up your confidence Participate more effectively in everyday life. How will I learn? There may be demonstrations, a chance to ask questions and to practise at your own pace. There are no exams or formal assessments. If you think you may need extra help with your learning, please ask your tutor or the Centre staff. We will try to help you. How will I know how well I am doing? The tutor will help you to recognise how well you are doing and what you need to do to improve. This may include developing your own learning plan. Will I have to do any work outside of the sessions? You may be given tasks or activities to complete to practise in between and prepare for the next and future sessions. You tutor will give guidance at the first session. What will I need to provide? Please bring a pen and paper. Will there be any other costs? You may be provided with a reading list to support your learning. All of the costs of this course are covered in the advertised course fee. What can I do next? Students will be offered individual or group guidance on appropriate progression opportunities.
