Festive Flowers for All Occasions How will this course help me? You will learn how to make wonderful festive floral decorations Who is the course for? Suitable for beginners and those with some experience of floristry How will I learn? The sessions will be friendly and informal and will include demonstration and practical work. Students will learn basic flower arranging techniques. There are no exams or formal assessments. What can I expect to Learn? You will gain skills in creating festive floral displays for yourself, friends and family. You will also further develop your design skills and where to source good value seasonal floral materials for your arrangements. How will I know how well I am doing? The tutor will help you to recognise how well you are doing and what you need to do to improve. This may include developing your own learning plan. Will I have to do any work outside of the sessions? You may be given tasks or activities to complete to practice in between and prepare for the next and future sessions. You tutor will give guidance at the first session. What will I need to provide? Bring along a pen or pencil and paper. You will need to bring a bag of mixed foliage. Your centre will advise you of what to bring.
