The course will run for 10 consecutive days from 9.30am - 4.00 pm (30 mins for lunch). Assessments are taken when learners have completed each individual unit. They are timed and completed on-line with immediate results. You will use Microsoft Windows 7 and Office 2010 This course is free if you are looking for work and in receipt of a state benefit (including National Insurance credits only). What will I learn? Course Content - Level 1 (iTQ) Word Processing Spreadsheets with Graphs Presentation Course Content - Level 2 (ECDL) Learners must have achieved IT Level 1 or equivalent before enrolling on this course. Level 2 includes all the above units (in level 1) but with more in-depth knowledge and skills of each unit. There is also one extra unit - Improving Productivity Using IT. (This is a scenario based assessment and demonstrates that the learner can apply their relevant skills and knowledge to develop a specified outcome) Where will this course be held?
