Home management - cooking on a budget - part 2

A wide and varied range of sweet and savoury dishes will be taught, including a range of skills. Nutrition and food hygiene using shopping facilities following a simple recipe and planning and preparing a group meal with seasonal produce will be an important part of the course. Ideal for people who live independently. This course will include learning how to shop for ingredients on a budget, how to cook healthy and tasty dishes and eat what you have cooked together.
