This 1 day course will help you learn basic first aid. It will give you an insight into health and safety regulations, how to manage an incident, how to resuscitate, how to deal with an unconscious casualty. You will also have practical sessions on how to put a casualty into a recovery position, how to deal with shock, bleeding, injuries to bones, scalds and choking etc.
