Traineeships comprise a study programme and work experience organised by Capel Manor to help young people become 'work ready' or to progress to Apprenticeships or further study. A Traineeship could be for you, if you: *Are motivated to work *Are unemployed (or work less than 16 hours per week) and have little work experience; *Are aged either 16-18 and qualified below Level 3 OR are aged 19-23 and qualified below full Level 2 Traineeships last from six weeks to six months and include: *Work preparation ensuring you have the confidence and skills to take the first step in your career. *Work experience giving you a real understanding of work plus up to date skills. *Literacy and numeracy skills that employers ask for and you need in the workplace.
