Mindfulness has become the buzzword of the moment and no wonder when living mindfully can help to enhance happiness, aid relaxation, create better self-awareness and impact positively on health, well-being, and life skills. It has also been shown to be useful in helping to reduce levels of anxiety, depression and pain. You will be looking at three main areas. (Mindfulness meditation including visualisation, putting mindfulness into practice in everyday life, and on the spot mindfulness exercises to use when needed).
