To learn a variety of chair based Gentle Exercises, Tai Chi and Qigong Exercises including Warm ups and Cool downs to improve posture, balance, relaxation, co-ordination, breathing. This course also includes health topics such as healthy eating, super foods, diets, nutrition and food swaps. This course is for all fitness levels and mobility and will help to reduce the effects of health conditions in a friendly, fun group environment.
