The Wars of the Roses were a great period of conflict, uprisings, feuds, ands coups lasting nearly thirty years. This course is a short overview of how and why King Henry VI lost control of his realm, its descent into a long period of civil wars, the rise of Richard III, and Henry Tudor's struggle to regain the throne for the Lancastrians.
