Ballet for Fitness and Fun

This course is intended for everyone who loves Ballet and would like to learn in a friendly, fun and supportive environment. Improve your fitness levels, balance, strength , balance, poise and flexibility while dancing to a wide variety of music. Classes will include Barre work, Centre Work and short sequences..plus the chance to learn some steps from famous Ballets! All are welcome, whatever your age and experience.
