If you are a newly appointed Representative ,this is the essential basic course for you. Health and Safety at work is a major issue for all employees. Research shows that workplaces that have union health and safety representatives have a significantly lower rate of accidents. This course will provide a thorough grounding in Health and Safety issues and give new representatives an opportunity to discuss issues around health and safety at work.
