This course will identify and explore different types of behaviour and understand the origins of low confidence levels. Learn how to be more assertive and the meaning of 'self-value'. Create a good first impression by overcoming self-doubt. You will have the opportunity to practise communicating in small groups and to make a short presentation at the end.
