Volunteering as a Digital Champion

An inspirational course which will help adults to use and develop their digital skills, to be confident and effective digital volunteers. The course includes exploring the role of the digital volunteer, developing good communication and interpersonal skills and an understanding of issues of equality and diversity, confidentiality and safeguarding.
