Gardening Appreciation: English Gardens Through the Ages

This is a very interesting course exploring the main garden styles that have occurred throughout history in England, beginning with the gardens of the Romans in 1st century AD and going right through in detail to the gardens that are being created today. The course will be presented as a series of slides showing paintings, drawings, decriptions and photos of the gardens in each era, and the main features of these gardens will be discussed.
