Professional Cookery Studies Diploma Level 2

The Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery Studies will prepare you for a career as a professional chef. You will learn about the health and safety in catering, hospitality and food safety as well as skills to prepare and cook stocks, soups, sauces, meat, offal, fruit and vegetables. There are also some optional units which will enable you to develop your skills in catering operations, costs and menu planning, effective teamwork, healthy food and special dietary requirements.
