Free 10 weeks FUN WITH FOOD course This course is designed to improve food skills and provide information on healthy eating. At the end of the programme service users will feel more confident in cooking healthy balanced and tasty meals and feel more able to make positive changes to their diet. Sessions focus on using a range of food skills, healthy cooking methods and fresh, seasonal ingredients. Recipes are cooked individually or in pairs depending on the number of people attending on the day. There
