Level 2 Functional Skills English

The Functional Skills Level 2 Maths and English courses are intended for anyone wishing to develop their English and Maths skills. There is a particular focus on problem solving and being able to apply your skills to real life situations. The Level 2 English covers; writing for different purposes, for example; letters, e-mails, reports and articles. You will also work on improving spelling, grammar and punctuation. As well as this you will explore a wide range of texts written for different purposes and work on identifying language techniques, locating and summarising information as well as studying presentational features.
