This course is a celebration of the wonderful choice of cuisines we have at our fingertips. You can indulge your senses and imagine yourself in dreamed of locations through the art of cooking. Everyone is welcome, whether beginner or more advanced. The recipes will be demonstrated step-by-step for those who have less experience, but for learners who are more confident, you can adapt the recipes as you wish and move at your own pace. We will ‘travel’ to Italy, Greece and America in our cooking journey. You will need to bring all your own ingredients and containers in which to take home your products. A list of ingredients for the first session will be sent out prior to the start of the course
